Tom began his career agency side, working at Millward Brown in the early ‘10’s before moving client side with Unilever.
He worked on both laundry and personal care categories, launching Dove’s first Twitter account in the process before working across multiple beauty categories for the legacy brand in the UK team.
From here, he joined L’Oreal and worked his way to Marketing Director where he headed up first L’Oreal Men Expert and then Garnier Hair Care in the UK and Ireland; launching the UK’s No.1 Beard range and turning Men Expert into the fastest growing male Masterbrand over multiple years.
Pamela moved to the UK in 2014 from Waterford, Ireland, where she started her marketing career working within the brand team at L’Oreal.
She then continued her career working in the brand team for Robinsons Squash at Britvic, developing a new Masterbrand TOV and creative strategy to bring the brand and category back into growth for the first time in +4 years.
Pamela took on a leadership role at Nestle where she led the innovation strategy & pipeline for Nescafé UK&I and EMENA coffee portfolio, working across 3 key brands Nescafe Azera, Nescafe Gold and Nescafe Original.
Nick has 15+ years brand experience with Unilever, L’Oreal and SC Johnson. Nick started his career at Unilever where, during an 8-year stint, he worked on Comfort, Knorr, Flora and Marmite.
In 2015, Nick moved to L’Oreal where he worked in a number of roles across marketing, consumer insights and commercial strategy. In 2020, Nick joined Ecover/Method (SC Johnson) to head up the European Category Management team.
Nick has a strong track record of bringing innovation to market, including the hugely successful Garnier Hair Food and Garnier Micellar Water ranges.
Chris began his career in the Media sector working at Sky TV. Following this Chris embarked on a career in Consulting, working across numerous FTSE-100 business including Barclays, Anglo-American, National Grid, EDF, DeBeers, The Guardian, The Economist, The BBC and many more. In later years, Chris moved into the Private Equity Space covering interim Financial Director and CFO roles.
Outside of work, Chris loves to ski, play golf, tennis and travel the world; he loves football and supports the mighty Newcastle United FC.
Chris is a qualified accountant of 25 years and has a degree in Finance from Newcastle.
Born and raised in London, Emma started her career in Visual Merchandising at L’Oreal before moving into the Consumer & Market Insights team. She then worked across Lancome, Garnier and the group’s Professional Haircare brands, before moving to PZ Cussons.
Emma spent 6 years overseeing the haircare portfolio’s brand activity at PZ Cussons, leading multiple restages and managing Charles Worthington and Fudge Professional’s end-to-end marketing and PR calendar, including multiple brand relaunches.
In 2022, Emma joined Abbott Lyon, the UK’s fastest-growing jewellery brand, as Head of Brand, where she led the brand marketing and PR strategy throughout a high-growth period, whilst forging strong relationships with a plethora of UK celebrities and influencers.
