Sponsoring the Training of a Guide Dog
Sponsoring the Training of a Guide Dog
As you know, we love dogs at re:act – our pampered pooch Pineapple is evidence of that. We understand the importance of sharing a companion for those who require a working animal to navigate the world around them.
As such, we are dedicated to helping a cause for our working four legged friends. That’s why we donate a percentage of our profits to support the Guide Dogs UK on a monthly sponsorship basis.
The Guide Dogs service provides over 360,000 blind and partially sighted people and two million people suffering with sight loss with life-changing assistance in the UK. They offer various services to aid those in need in various ways, including mobility training, buddy dogs and family events, to name a few.

Promoting Recovery for People who Experience Mental Health Difficulties
Promoting Recovery for People who Experience Mental Health Difficulties
Mental health awareness is an important part of our ethos at re:act. We are committed to assisting not only our employees, but those around us in their wellbeing journeys. In April 2021, we created an awareness campaign for the mental health charity Root and Branch.
Root and Branch are funded by the Oxfordshire Mental Health Partnership, and are focused on helping those with various mental health difficulties such as depression, anxiety, and many others. They aim to help people boost their self-confidence and ease their transition back into work or education by motivating them to participate in a range of activities.
As part of a campaign we ran with them, we focused on increasing their donations. We managed to bring them in twice their usual donation amount within the span of a month!
It was a real pleasure to work with them, and have them feature as the first charity organisation on our Instagram grid.

Donation to Many Tears Rescue
Donation to Many Tears Rescue
When Storm Arwen hit back in November 2021, Many Tears Rescue shelter called for help as the shelter was hit with catastrophic damage; power was out, buildings had been destroyed and unfortunately, one puppy lost its life due to the disaster.
We donated to the shelter as a way to give back during these hard times. There, we found our beloved Pineapple, and we can proudly claim to have been her rightful owners ever since.
The Many Tears Animal Rescue was initially set up as a Not For Profit Organisation. Their aim was to take in unwanted dogs and help them to re-adapt as they find new, permanent homes for each one.
Lucky for us, we get to take Pineapple everywhere with us; we’re sure to choose dog-friendly offices where she can be babysat by various members of the team while Tom and Pamela are busy! She gets only the best treatment – treats at all points of the day, multiple people showering her in love and a limitless supply of cuddles! Oh, to be Pineapple for a day…
Having a dog can be so therapeutic – studies show that having a pet at work reduces stress by 11%. They can also cultivate a happier, friendlier and more creative space for everyone around – exactly what we need for a digital marketing agency!

Voices of Children to Support the Ukrainian Citizens
Voices of Children to Support the Ukrainian Citizens
It’s no secret that the devastating war in Ukraine has touched many hearts. We wanted to do something as citizens of this world to offer support to those in need.
We had the pleasure of working with Voices of Children Foundation, a Ukrainian based charity, to support the calamities surrounding the war in Ukraine. We helped the business through donation, as well as doing a paid media campaign on Instagram, that helped them to receive further reach and donations.
Voices of Children aim to support Ukrainian children and families suffering through the war against Russia. They provide psychological support, and help them to evacuate the danger around them. They also provide them with food, clothing and shelter where they can.

World Seaturtle Day 2022
World Seaturtle Day 2022
Did you know, nearly all species of sea turtle are now classified as endangered, with three of the seven existing species being critically endangered?
That’s why we collaborated with Perhentian Turtle Project (PTP) in support of their Adopt-A-Turtle Campaign as part of our re:act giving campaign in Summer 2022.
The project is held in the Perhentian Islands in Malaysia, where our Digital Performance Manager, Andrea is from. She put forward the charity as it was one she felt personally about, and has supported previously.
PTP aims to conserve and protect the sea turtles in the islands by monitoring turtle populations through photographic evidence and increasing awareness in the community.
We supported the cause via dark ads and grid posts on Instagram. The campaign was a massive success! They got 21 new adopters and 35 volunteering enquiries.
We reached 573k people across 4 countries (Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong and the UK) while increasing their donation goal by 10% in the first 4 days alone. Website traffic also increased by 426% in the first 8 days of the campaign going live.

Cabaret Vs Cancer Halloween Auction 2022
Cabaret Vs Cancer Halloween Auction 2022
As spooky season was upon us, we chose to raise awareness for a charity who was hosting a Halloween Auction, in support of those with cancer.
The chosen charity, Cabaret vs Cancer, was put forward by our Senior Social & Influencer Manager, Alexandra, who has ties to the organisation as she herself does cabaret in her free time.
The Halloween auction involved the bidding of horror and thriller related pop culture items which had been donated to support the cause.
CvC works with a variety of organisations to help those affected by cancer, from the production of modern breast forms for post-mastectomy women in Cornwall to patient transport providers in the North of England. They also work with child bereavement teams to help children who are losing or have lost a close relative.
We helped out by running dark posts to drive traffic to their donation pages and turned up budget with time-sensitive ads for the bigger ticket items.
We managed to raise a total of £1500 for the auction and drove 1,176 link clicks to the website.

The Alexandra Sales Trust
The Alexandra Sales Trust
We’re proud at re:act to have been able to support The Alexandra Sales Trust with the gifting of a new Switch console back in December. We wanted to give back to the community during the Christmas period by doing something for a charity that’s near and dear to us.
Our team member Liss suggested the charity and has been a supporter of the cause in her life outside of work. We’re glad to see this will be put to great use helping children who are being treated at Pembury Hospital.
The Alexandra Sales Trust is a charity that supports children and young people living with cancer.
